Very elegant hotel in a great location. The breakfast was excellent and the dinner was superb, although the tasting menus may not appeal to everyone.
The hot tub room was slightly challenging, as it was partly overlooked and the room had little daylight. We would have liked a lounge area and bar downstairs.

This is the best hotel in Athens! The staff went above and beyond to ensure I was welcomed and accommodated. Beautiful restaurant with delicious food and incredible wait staff (loved how the chefs brought out each dish and explained them all to me personally).
Nothing- zero complaints. Everything was amazing and cannot wait to return.

Location
Staff at reception were rude. Did not tell us towels were changed every 2 days. Failed to provide additional towels when we ran out of these and instead expected us to use the bath robes instead.
