Were quite surprised by what was provided for breakfast. Great bed and bath rooms. Location as advertised - and we loved it. Would stay there again as it is so convenient.
the lighting. Not wanting to make a big deal of this but the owners would save power give guests better light if all the lamps were changed to LED. These are available without changing the fitting...

This property was warm, cosy and had all the touches of home. The fruit for breakfast was appreciated. The location was quiet and the garden was beautiful.

Beautiful setting, quiet, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was most enjoyable and appreciated. Lovely area to take walks. Loved our stay- thank you so much. We hope to be back to stay when next in Hamilton.

Very cosy. Bev was a lovely host. We had a lot of privacy and she responded immediately if we had questions. The fridge had crumpets, milk, sauce, jams and butter for breakfast and cereal and fruit was provided too. The bed was very comfy and the shower was lovely. Being winter the heater was on for our arrival. Home away from home. We will be back.
