Need Maintainance!!

The location was good, host Lucy was friendly and the villa was quite spacious

There were insects all around the house..it felt like it wasn’t clean ..even on the bed at night the insects were there…no toiletries were there ..nothing was maintained..in the sink and in the bath..saltwater was running..when i asked for drinking water it was available in oil can..the villa could have been much better if it is maintained properly..i would prefer paying more dollars for a better stay..if you are travelling in a group or family then u could stay as it is very cheap

10/10 Experience

I loved everything about my stay at Villa Sunshine, from the location to the lovely Lucy. I would highly recommend. They will definitely be seeing my friends and me again

Horrible. Please do not stay here.

When I arrived at the property, the ceiling had fallen and it was impossible to live there. There were men at work repairing the place and the host didn't bother to inform us about the situation beforehand. The house help told me to find alternative accommodation almost immediately which was really difficult to do as we had arrived via an international flight and had no where else to stay. I had to take a tuk tuk and visit one hotel after the other to find availability. This took us 5 hours to do and was a terrible experience as we were not locals and had limited connectivity. Booking.com did nothing to help us get out of this situation. Furthermore, there were people (including the househelp) who already lived at the property. We were informed by the host that the house help lives in a nearby property not within the same house!

Cheap, but run down and no privacy.

Its a private house with fenced garden, so no noise. For the price (about 30 usd) it's okay, especially when you are with more people. Pool is nice and clean!

It really needs renovating, showers and kitchen are run down. No hot water, only salty water. Privacy; But the most problems we had was with the cameras in every room and the garden of the house, except bedroom and bathroom. The cameras are on (also with infrared/night vision) and we don't know who is watching. Also many dirty (street) cats in the garden that walk on the furniture. So breakfast outside is not possible because of cat hairs on the tables, and the cats begging for food. Housekeeper feeds the cats but doesn't take responsibility. We used 1 AC for 8 hours on ECO mode and the price was 3 times higher than what the landlord said in an email about 2 ac's for the whole night. There is a housekeeper, but in the 3 nights we stayed there she didn't do anything in the house. So a full garbage bin, no fresh towels, etc. WiFi's working, but almost no connection in the bedroom.
