Great hotel! Excellent service, delicious breakfast, awesome private heated pool, and stunning views. I’m definitely coming back. Due to all ships being canceled, we arrived two days late, but the management kindly refunded us for the missed days
I am grateful for this.

The property was clean and beautiful and not too far from town.
The giant hill we had to walk up but hey we got a workout in several times a day and I think my glutes are more firm so is this really a negative?

Service was exceptional. Food was delicious. Room service, cleanliness, was impeccable! We loved it!

The staff were polite but somewhat distant, and the lack of air‑conditioning made the property uncomfortably hot during summer. The towels were noticeably discolored, which was disappointing, and despite mentioning my upcoming birthday, no acknowledgment was made. Additionally, the pool is advertised as heated, yet it’s not.
Discolored towels, lack of air conditioning, pool not heated
