My mum loved watching the boats from the living room, amazing views. The apartment was clean and beds were comfy. Everything you need for washing up etc was provided. Lovely and close to the centre of Aber and great parking.
Stairs were manageable for my mum, they were worth it for the view. It isn't suitable if you can't manage stairs to the flat. Some fresh milk and biscuits are always a nice addition if possible 😁

The location was perfect, safe and very good also the flat was really comfortable and very nice. Excellent communication with the owner. I would like to come back.
It would help some shelves in the toilet and more dust cleaning in general.

Proximity to Aberystwyth town centre was a huge plus, as was the parking (which can be tricky in Aber). Really comfortable and well maintained.
This is my fault- I booked a 2nd floor apartment, then added my 80 yr old mum to our guest list, so the stairs weren’t as appealing for her.
