We were there with 2 children who enjoyed the pool so much. The place was clean and comfortable. Close to the beach and great location

The host was responsive and helpful. The home was beautiful and the checkin instructions were simple. We appreciated the proximity to the bay and the beach as well as the amenities of the home. There were a few issues that required maintenance but the host was responsive and the issues were addressed promptly.

The host was very responsive and attentive to all my family’s needs. Offered suggestions and was extremely kind when an issue with VRBO happened, thankfully it was resolved quickly and she was very understanding. The house is a delight, exactly as shown, the pool was a great perk for my family since some of them dont do the beach! The house is two blocks from the beach! Will likely rent again next year!

I’ve been renting houses in LBI for the past 10 years, and it’s become apparent to me what owners are sharing their homes with you versus what owners are running a business. This house is purely a business venture. For the premium being charged for the location in return you get: basic cable, no pillows, linens or comforters, the absolute bare minimum. While Julie was great when I reached out, I can’t help but post this review for future travelers. I noticed other reviews made note of getting significant “damage fees” well after departure and I just got hit with one of those as well. Really hard to argue when I haven’t been to the location in 14 days, but lives up to the business aspect of this host. I’d suggest staying somewhere more friendly and proud to share their hard work and home with you rather than someone just running a business.
