Close to public transportation, there is a good ski rental in the building and close to the lift where you can buy skiing tickets. The place is small but functional, has kitchen and the heating works perfectly.
Mattresses could be a bit more comfortable.

The location is great: Between Nikora and Spar and the Pirveli piste.
The window has a nice view of the resort.
Modern renovations and good furniture. Functional kitchen with microwave and hotplates. Nice bathroom.
The kettle stopped working.
