Good location and potential, but service needs management focus The room was very spacious, the food was good, and the location on the main road was extremely convenient. The hotel was under renovation, which might explain some issues. I actually like the place, but management urgently needs to train the staff to bring service up to standard.
The staff and management were heavily focused on the bar rather than room guests, room service was very poor, and the night reception team was uncooperative.
