Immediate acces to railway station and bus station
One of the receptionist who is currently in morning shift is very worst. Don't has customer centric approach. Speaking very rudely at customers and a cheating fellow. If hotel wants to grow management should immediately suspend this person. Else nobody will come here

Location is a definite plus. has a lot of restaurants nearby. Not sure about public transport, we can get cabs easily.
The room was clean, but the cupboard could've been cleaner. The front desk staff are good, but depending on who that is, they might be working off the books, only some understand what we want.

The manager was very helpful. The facility is in a prime location with better connectivity.
Needs refurbishment. It seems not many optefyto stay here but it is safer.
