Clean, beautifully furnished and well equipped. Very well located within walking distance of town & university, coffee shops and restaurants etc.
Four flights of stairs was a challenge with our luggage 😜, but we were warned.

Ann and Steven were very helpful. Apartment situated very close to restaurants, shops etc...less than 5 minutes from the Apartment. A real gem. Very well decorated, all the utensils were there. Great

The location was excellent! In the heart of Stellenbosch town. The apartment is newly renovated so top class finishes and modern amenities. The air conditioning was a great help when the temperature hit 30 degrees plus!
The bathroom while very modern and new was too cramped. Amenities didn’t fit the size so made for difficult entry and exit.

Walking distance to everything in town.
Safe parking is a big challenge and not available at the lot next door as advertised. We had no working toilet for 4 days and the bathroom light was not working. Unfortunately, the rental agent is too busy with other properties to attend to. We were promised a reimbursement, but just like the maintenance it has been forgotten. There are homeless people sleeping at the entrance at night. They appear to be harmless so don’t be alarmed.
