The property is great and the location was perfect for us. The only downfall is this is not an individual renting this place. All went well but just know you will sign a lot of papers before you rent, like 17 pages plus more if you have a pet.It is very clean and they do leave coupons for you to use at various attractions. It is decorated perfect and has the kitchen stocked well. Plenty of towels and extra pillows along with soap, shampoo and enough laundry detergent for 2 washes! Other than all the paperwork everything else was great! We would rent again!Thank you Stacy

Beautiful house on a quiet street. Fenced in yard was perfect for our dog.

Great stay! Honestly was very pleasantly surprised how nice the house was. The whole place was very clean except for several of the plates when we took them out of the cabinet. Temp in the guest bathroom shower did not get above room temp but the other shower was great! Our kids loved the bunk room. Beds were comfy too. Our family of 4 with dogs were very comfortable with plenty of room!

Sandy Feet Retreat and Book That Condo made our January wonderful. The property was very clean and beautifully decorated. It had everything you could possibly need. We were close to restaurants, parks, shopping, and entertainment. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. We brought our Basset Hound with us and she loved the fenced in yard and walks in the neighborhood. Book That Condo made everything from booking to checking in and out a breeze. Their communication is great. We already booked for next year.
