I loved the house. Loved the big beds fireplace hot tub, fenced off part of the yard. I liked the privacy of the place.

I think it would be a little better if there was a thing to hang ur keys on the wall when u get in. And near the hot tub inside if there was a place to hang wet towels/ wet swim suits. There was some nails but didn't seem ideal to hang something wet on the wood cabinets. Also the map to the beach was hard to understand. We didn't realize till the end the beach was a straight walk down after you turn. No signs outside showing where the beach was.

The beds were ALL WONDERFUL! So often rental properties have “second rate” beds, but these were great! There were plenty of nice dishes to use in the kitchen. We enjoyed the privacy & yet beautiful view from the hot tub.

There was a very sharp piece of wooden trim board sticking up at the base of the stairs that we had to remember to be careful of, and something sharp on the floor transition strip going into the kitchen from the living room.

We have stayed there the last 2 years for spring break with the kids we are a larger family and it fits us all perfect. The private beach is just beautiful.

All the spiders, my husband killed a black widow crawling on my daughter’s blankets.

The layout of the space was great. I really appreciate there being so much space for guests and the bedrooms offered. There was ample privacy, which we really appreciated. My group and I really appreciated the proximity to the beach as well.

The space wasn't very clean. The upstairs bathroom shower hadn't been cleaned out properly as there was still hair on the walls/in the drain. The downstairs bathroom had water stains on the walls. The downstairs bedroom with the king bed also had a spider problem. Our first night there we found a false widow by the window(super scary bc I have terrible arachniphobia) and on the second night I found that under the bed a few false widows made home on the underside of the bedframe. Also, for some reason google maps REALLY doesn't like the home address. My maps kept directing me to another address down a very dark and scary road, and when we tried to order food in, the directions were still incorrect despite ordering on someone elses phone through the food places website.
