Great location for the university, quiet and clean, cheap.
My aircon was a bit noisy, but this was an issue with the unit itself not typical of the hotel.

Location was good. Near to my friend, not far from airport.
Bathroom was very dirty. Shower had mould growing out off the walls. Floor was very dirty.
