This is a nicely maintained property with easy access to home from the garage. Private and secure giving reassurance for family security. Well kept and tidy. Neighborhood seemed nice, also. Only thing that I would critique is the fact it’s near the train tracks which really isn’t that big of an issue if you’re a sound sleeper. Oh, and the laundry soap was out, so we were unable to wash our linens and towels. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience and we enjoyed your home. Thank you.

We stayed here over Thanksgiving. While the rental itself has a nice layout and good potential, the overall cleanliness did not meet our expectations (especially considering the premium pricing paid for pets and cleaning)Upon arrival, we immediately noticed that the washing machine had mold inside, and there were no dish towels or bathmats provided. We reached out to the hosts, who did respond quickly by bringing towels and bathmats and attempting to clean the washer, but the issue with the washer persisted.As our stay continued, we realized the cleanliness concerns were more widespread. There were dust bunnies and cobwebs in the windowsills, the coffee maker had what appeared to be mold on the underside of the reservoir lid, and several pots and pans had burnt food residue on them. The bathroom floors were also dirty—the grout under the vanities was white, but the exposed grout on the rest of the floor was brown, which was concerning. The showerhead also had visible rust and grime.We didn’t raise all of these issues with the hosts during our stay because there were no alternate rentals available and we didn’t want to spend our holiday managing additional inconveniences.
