Not sure we liked a lot about the property. We didn’t have the best view, but they’re also under construction.

Another disturbing issue was seeing toddlers, approximately two or three years old, possibly younger in the hot tub wearing swim diapers. It was disgusting to think that guests were sitting and relaxing in water that could be contaminated by urine or other waste. The signs outlining hot tub rules were far too small and clearly not being enforced. Larger, more visible signs are needed. Even more concerning was seeing a baby crying in the hot tub, visibly uncomfortable from what appeared to be excessive heat. It was upsetting to watch, especially knowing how dangerous hot tubs can be for very young children. Management needs to take guest hygiene and child safety much more seriously and actively enforce the rules.

I've stayed here at least a dozen times over the last 5 years. Great food, very nice pool, hot tub, amenities etc

Of all the times we've stayed here I was extremely disappointed to get a pool level room just steps from the hot tub. If you don't have your blinds closed at all times those at the pool can see directly into the living room and those in the hot tub can see right into your bedroom. Zero privacy and can't take advantage of the mountain view. We've always stayed on the upper floors and greatly favor those rooms.

The receptionist, in our checking were told that we can do a late check out an hour later that won’t be an issue, we used had to call. Then next morning we called and the second receptionist said, that is impossible and we will get charged if we passed the 11:00 am check out. When you pay $400 at night, this is ridiculous. Also, I called to ask for extra blankets, we never got them. We have to come to the lobby to request in person.

Rooftop pool was great -perfect temperature. The restaurant was handy and staff were friendly.

The hotel felt impersonal - massive long corridors of rooms. Not much character. Location wasn’t as scenic as I’d expected.
