Location, forest around, price
The staff smokes inside the hotel in front of the reception. He could have stood outside 5 meters from his coach but he didn’t bother.

if you arrive late at night and have to sleep somewhere, hotel has 24 hour reception
It’s not clean, rooms are smoking, overall doesn’t worth money.
