We had a fantastic stay! The house was exactly as pictured—clean, modern, and very well maintained inside and out. The private pool was wonderful, and the patio area was a real highlight, making it perfect for relaxing or entertaining a larger group.The home was thoughtfully stocked with pool floats, plenty of beach towels, and beach chairs, which made our beach days easy and enjoyable. The location couldn’t have been better, with quick and easy access to the beach and lots of great restaurants and shopping nearby.The host was excellent—very responsive, communicative, and easy to reach whenever we had a question. Overall, this was a perfect vacation home, and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Nice home on quiet cul-de-sac st. The private pool is nice and our kids loved using it after a day on the beach. Alan was very responsive when I reached out to him. The home is very nice and well furnished with all you need. We are already talking about booking this place again!!!

This property is in a nice neighborhood, close to shopping, dining, and a short drive to the beach access. The hosts were very friendly and responded quickly when we had an issue with the pool. They also provided several extras including beach gear, detergent and other basic supplies. There are a few things to note: the pool is not fully enclosed which is not shown well in the photos, it isn't completely private because the fence doesn't connect all the way around, allowing people walking by to see into the pool area. The home also has a smart thermostat that the host can control remotely and they ask you not to set the ac below 72. This wasnt disclosed in the listing and unfortunately the unit struggled to maintain that temperature in the FL heat. The primary bedroom had the poorest airflow and stayed especially warm. The living room furniture is more decorative than functional as other reviews have mentioned. The blinds throughout the home are very sheer, offering little privacy, especially at night. During our stay, lawn and pest service arrived twice without prior notice, which was uncomfortable given the lack of privacy in the primary bedroom and bathroom due to the blinds. The hallway flooring is damaged and is covered by a rug. The shower liner in the guest bathroom also needs to be replaced or cleaned more thoroughly between guests. Overall with a few improvements to the ac, privacy, and furnishings, this could be a much more enjoyable stay for the price.
