Avis vérifiés à 100 %8 / 10Excellent·oct. 2026
Sharron was fantastic. We liked the key card security for not only the door but the elevator. Loved that tea, co oa, and coffee were available 24/7.
We had some issues with our room. We told the young man when we left. The blackout shade was stuck, so we could not block out the light that directly shone in our windows. Our bathroom sink plug was stuck in the down position, so it drained slowly, so it was hard to wash our face and brush teeth. The back of the remote was broken so it kept falling off. None of this would keep us from staying again.

Everything was awesome

It was close to the American Airlines Center
Very basic minimalistic and inconvenient when having to say heat up food or go get ice or go work out

Location was nice. Lemon scented wash and lotion was nice. Happy there was coincidentally a sound machine to help drown out other noises while trying to sleep.
Having to pay additional to park at the hotel I paid to sleep at. Very weird noises in walls/outside room during stay. Shower head/water pressure was poor.
