very clean, friendly staff, excellent breakfast

coffee machine in reception needs to be looked at, makes periodic loud noises and temperature element needs to be calibrated abbot drinks are no longer proper commercial heat temperature (not hot enough) also, maintenance of certain items can be improved: 1. shower grout and silicone over it wearing off or completely worn off 2. shower base in one of the rooms I stayed has many scuff marks…. cheapens the look of the bathroom drastically, maintenance team should looked at it 3. same thing on plumbing! several rooms 105 and then 228 is where I stayed this time both have plumbing issues (most likely either poorly installed or for other reason the wallpaper/ wall finish is bubbling up next to shower entry base… looks bad but most importantly is going to result in needing to incur excessive cost to repair when you will be needing to repair this room before your planned hotel upgrade/ renovation.

Friendly staff, room was clean and a good size for our family of four.
