Villa Zia has a unique atmosphere to it - it's a living, almost breathing old building. The upstairs terrace is huge and surrounded with greenery. I can imagine living there... Also, there's a well-equipped small supermarket two minutes up the street that was open even at 9 p.m. where we could buy locally baked (as opposed to packaged) bread just before closing time.

unique decoration, very nice and relaxing balcony!
The balcony is the reason we chose this apartment,
and we were satisfied with it.
