Nice location with great pool for families with children. Great apartment with enough space for families. Helpful owner.

Everything was perfectly in order. Nice, clean and quite. Good location, minutes from the beach, restaurants and light shopping. This is a less congested area of Pattaya. The host is very responsive. I have no complaints.
No wifi with this booking, but it was mentioned in the booking; no surprise. You can get wifi from the property for a monthly cost of 990 thb. I only booked for a week, so I didn't utilize the service.
