Beautiful location and Comfy sofa and beds

Spacious living area. Quiet and secluded. Fully equipped kitchen Parking right outside.

The bathroom really lets this place down. The bathroom was very mouldy. The toilet seat was barely attached and it kept flushing itself. It had CCTV and the Alexa kept lighting up. The bedding hadn’t been changed and was covered in hair. The third bedroom was very tiny.

Peaceful and lovely to listen to the water in river /lake.

The toilet seat as already mentioned, and the toilet flush button can get stuck and stay flushing, could be dangerous for leaks if not watched. When u arrive at site drive straight down in direction off lake and you will find 8F on right in trees, we had a bit off trouble finding, also bins are passed the wardens house, follow the road to the bridge, and the are on the left.

Lovely location, next to fishing lake. Very quiet and peaceful. Parking for 2 cars.

The property is in need of maintenance, laminate of some sort flaking off the under roof area. There was a rip in the lining of the outdoor furniture storage which meant that the stored cushions were wet. We had immense trouble locking and unlocking the patio doors. The inside walls were very flimsy, I have not stayed in a lodge before so perhaps this is normal. The toilet seat was loose and the flush kept sticking in the flush position so had to be pressed again. Also there was a sound of water coming from the toilet every 6 minutes which was disturbing to our sleep. I had advised the owners after booking that another lady would be joining us, so there were 3 of us staying, but only 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel were provided. There were holes in the inside walls where presumably pictures were moved. No coffee table in the lounge.
