Patrik was an amazing host. He was there to greet us when we arrived, allowed us to enter the unit earlier than expected and the LOCATION......I cannot say enough about the convenience of the location. Extremely walkatble, tons of restaurants, a small grocery in the same block for convenience, it was just perfect. So much so that we are returning in six months and plan to stay in the same building and rent from Patrik again~ LOVED TIRANA and this building is in a great area!

Модерен апартамент в центъра на Тирана, обзаведен с всичко необходимо. Много чисто и просторно за двама човека. Местоположението е чудесно за разглеждане на центъра. Водещо при избора ни беше наличието на паркинг. Домакинът е много любезен и комуникацията беше лесна.
Това, което не ни хареса е шума от климатиците в сградата, това не е по вина на собственика просто времето беше много горещо и всички климатици работеха с пълна сила.

Everything was very good. I arrived earlier than expected and was supposed to check in at 12:00, but I arrived around 9:00. Even so, they were very helpful and gave me another room earlier, which was already clean and ready. The location is amazing — you can easily go almost everywhere on foot.

Perfect location, very friendly host Patrick.
Unfortunately the balcony door was broken and didn’t close properly - because of that was a little bit noisy. Also, for me, a mattress was too soft. But it’s only my opinion)
