The apartement is very spacious, clean, new and fitted with everything you could want for.
We haven't expected such an experience in Paris. We can recommend it without any objections. The best thing, though, is that it is very quiet although in walking distance to Centre Pompidou.

Great location, close to public transport, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Communicative hosts. Apartment was very clean.
No lift so the stairs are a challenge with luggage. No AC, a few fans provided but not enough. Mattresses are very uncomfortable.
