Nothing. Overall very good

Location, facilities.
No toothbrush/toothpaste but it is easy excess from the store where is located on the ground. Room service - no communication, waiting time as over 40 minutes. I didn’t expect that much longer to wait. Not even one chair to sit in a room. It wasn’t good for an old ppl as over 70years old.

The food overall was good. a 15 min walk to daiso and supermarket. Nothing else.
The lift was packed during the mornings. It is hard to get the lift. You can easily wait 20 mins for a lift and might not get any at all.
