We had a great stay in this apartment in Plaza Encarnación. The apartment is quite large and spacious, well equipped with everything you might need, and the cleanliness was excellent. It was very thoroughly cleaned, which we really appreciated. The check-in process was very easy, we received the keys using an access code, so everything went smoothly. We didn’t meet the host in person, but communication worked very well through whatsapp. They also have an AI assistant that answered many of our questions instantly, and whenever we needed anything, we received all the details quickly. The location is very central and lively, but the apartment faces the back of the building, so it was surprisingly quiet. We didn’t hear any noise at night and it almost felt like we were the only ones there, even though we occasionally saw other guests on the stairs. Another big plus was the mattress , very comfortable, we slept extremely well during our stay. Heating is provided through the air conditioning unit and there is also an electric radiator available. Both worked well and were more than enough for the time we stayed there, so we felt comfortable the entire time. One thing that is true, as mentioned in some other reviews, is that the apartment is not very bright. However, this was not an issue for us at all. We spent most of our days out exploring Seville from morning until evening, and we mainly returned to the apartment at night just to rest and sleep. Overall, a very pleasant experience and a great place to stay when visiting Seville.

The location is great, close to everything or walking distance, lots of food places around, but wouldn’t say it’s the best part of the city. The apartment is a good size for 2 people.

Unfortunately the whole stay is let down but really old furniture and a super uncomfortable bed and pillows. The couch in the living room somehow dips? The pillows are almost falling off the couch. The mattress in the bedroom is so old it dips in the middle and doesn’t support your back, while the pillows are so cheap and old they are practically just cotton balls. Even the “harder” one of the two is not that supportive, while the other one is practically half full and of cotton balls. Every SINGLE night of the holiday I was woken up by the pain in my back and neck. My shoulders are so stiff from having to support my neck while sleeping. Considering how much we’ve paid for a short stay, I can’t believe they can’t afford to at least buy decent pillows if they don’t want to replace the mattress. Made me hate the stay and couldn’t wait to leave and get back to my own bed. Now I need treatment to fix how tense my neck and shoulders are. As well, perhaps it’s the language translation, but I found their communication very passive aggressive as well. No towel hanger in the bathroom.
