Clean room, great view, I love that it is right by the elevators and the trash chute. This was perfect for our little family. Love that it’s small but still has a full kitchen, dishwashers and washer and dryer.

The unit was very clean and cozy. Property manager was excellent with communication. She was a problem solver when needed for new balcony chairs. Beds were very comfy with plenty of pillows. AC worked awesome. Only con was the elevators and parking garage. After a few days you figure out a gameplan.

This place was so awesome!! Luxury studio that is so well decorated that it doesn’t feel small at all. Adorable kitchen and bathroom. They had beach chairs, boogie boards, and an umbrella for us to use. The reserved parking spot is close to the door on the floor the room is on which makes parking and loading/unloading so simple. The view is great, and if you have to take the stairs in the busy season, it’s not that bad of a walk. The bed is super comfortable! The kitchen and bathroom are both so nice. Everything you need is right there. Just book it. You won’t regret it!

I never leave negative reviews, and honestly, doing so doesn’t sit well with me. However, it would be unfair to leave a positive review when our experience was disappointing. When we arrived, the condo had clearly not been cleaned thoroughly. There were food wrappers, chips, and baby puffs left on the floor. The “extra bedroom” is not really a bedroom at all, it’s simply a bed placed in a hallway area with a curtain for separation. The master bathroom shower curtain had visible mildew, and the pullout sofa was in such poor condition that I would not recommend anyone plan on sleeping on it. It honestly needs to be replaced.Overall, the unit felt very dated and in need of serious updating. We traveled with a group of 12 families staying in different condos throughout the property, and unfortunately, ours was by far the least appealing. While the elevator issues are a property wide problem and not the owner’s fault, they were a significant inconvenience throughout our stay. The only highlights were the pool and the easy beach access, both of which were excellent. Unfortunately, those positives were not enough to outweigh the condition of the condo itself. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this unit.Communication was very good. My review is not personal to them, rather I would have liked to know these things ahead of my trip.
