The room was clean, well decorated, and spacious for Tokyo.
The hotel staff was amazing, and the breakfast option were good and quick.
The train station right beside is a easy to use to go to all major hubs, and you do hear some trains, but the sound isolation is still good.
Nothing.

We stayed at the hotel for our last two nights in Tokyo. The hotel is new, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds, and the staff is lovely and helpful with anything needed.
Since it's a business hotel, the sink is located inside the room itself, which isn't the most convenient setup.

Great location and good-sized beds for myself, my husband and our twins.
No complaints or dislikes.

Location is exceptionally close to great local food, Suidobashi Station. The hotel itself is minimalist, the dehumidifier is excellent, bed comfortable. Room is small, clean with mini fridge and bottled mineral water provided.
Note the cafe/restaurant is open to the public, the cafe latte or espresso quite over priced. Was surprised they don’t prioritise hotel guests - there are other places to get coffee @ breakfast!
