Spacious room and bathroom; polite staff; really good restaurant with exceptional food.

Not many vegetables served as a dinner option despite plentiful supply in supermarkets.

Our stay was simply perfect in every way! The place was beautiful, comfortable, and had absolutely breathtaking views. The breakfast was outstanding, but what truly made this place special was the hospitality. The hosts make you feel right at home, with so much warmth and care. Everything was just perfect, and honestly, I already want to come back to Italy just to stay here again! ❤️

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was exceptionally clean, cosy, and beautifully designed, with thoughtful attention to every little detail. The natural wood was used to its full potential, creating a warm, welcoming, and relaxing atmosphere, enhanced by lovely background music. The food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. The bed and bedding were absolutely wonderful, and the thoughtful extras, such as fresh towels and slippers, made the experience even more comfortable. Everything was perfect, and you can truly feel the care and passion that went into creating this place. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and would happily come back. Highly recommended!

The room was spacious and clean.

We were informed when checking in that the sauna was broken. The private sauna was the main reason we chose this accomodation and informed the owner we are extremely disappointed and that we want the money difference between a normal room and a spa room. She informed us that we have to settle it with Booking and gave us the option of having 1 day of spa to a local spa in the town. We decided not to go with that option and messaged booking in the next second after finalizing the checkin. The next day, the owner insisted we have a free lunch at the property for our inconvenience and big disappointment, but never mentioned that this would be a settlement for it in any way - we didn't even want it at first, but she really insisted and we thought she was just being nice and really regretted not repairing the sauna in time for our arrival. So basically we had a dinner of ~70 euros to compensate for a 200€ loss. In this time, Booking did not reply to our messages - which was totally unprofessional and a very bad customer experience Once we left the accomodation, we did give a reminder to booking and they said there is nothing they can do as the dinner was the settlement. We said we can give back the 70euro and be refunded with the 200euro, but of course the owner did not want that. Horrible customer experience - hope this property learn something from this...booking as well.
