There was no breakfast. the flat was in a good location clean and comfortable.
I was sent the wrong address. it was clearly run by the same people as it had the butterflies on the door. I booked through a 3rd party and they helped me find someone to resolve the situation. She was rude told me it was my mistake and hung up on me. 32-40 Saint Martins Court, Westminster Borough London WC2N 4AL is what was sent to me for check in. when it was 43 Charing Cross Rd that I had booked. and that is where I was supposed to check in, but I had no idea until I was there.

Fantastic location, central and easy to get everywhere.
Spacious and very comfortable.
The stairs! 4 flights of stairs (with 3 of them very narrow) is a lot!

The apartment position is amazing: a few minutes walking from Covent Garden, close to many pubs and restaurants, with the metro stop literally behind the corner. There is a big window that brings light into the apartment, a small kitchen with everything you need, and a good coffee machine. The self check in was clear and all info was provided. We stayed only for one night but we could definitely have been staying longer!
The apartments are on the second floor or above and there is no elevator. I guess it's the standard in the center of London, nevertheless having to climb many stairs with luggages is not so fun
