- Noriko is a very friendly and helpful host!
- The room is comfortable and warm.
- Facilities are all very clean.
- Very close to Matsumoto Castle! Not too far from the train station.
- Great value.
- I misunderstood the booking and thought that I had rented the entire property based on the description on Booking.com. Noriko contacted me and clarified immediately. Just noting it here, in case someone has the same confusion in the future.

a 2 story house, futon type, no breakfast, great stay near Matsumoto castle within walking distance.
self check-in a bit challenging, luckily the host arrive at the same time with help of a friendly local guest.
