Bett gemütlich. Vertrauensvolle und unkomplizierte Gastgeberin.

Bei Ankunft niemand da, verlassener Ort wirkt nicht einladend. Im unteren Teil fand an den Tagen zuvor eine Hochzeit statt - nichts wurde aufgeräumt. Die Gemeinschaftsküche davon ebenfalls dreckig. Auch wenn das vermutlich ein Ausnahmezustand war , können wir nur diesen bewerten. Bettdecke nicht bezogen, Toilette im Zimmer nicht gereinigt.

Отношение хозяйки выше всяких похвал. Накормила отличным завтраком, предложила постирать вещи.

Не было геля для душа.

I had to book this hotel at 11.45 and checkin at 12. I booked this hotel in emergency because of original hotel booking screwed up. But when I arrived at hotel LATE at 12 midnight with no food along with my family, they cooked dinner for us although all outlets and restaurants close at 10 pm. They opened the restaurant at midnight and cooked food for my family. What you find best at this place is LANA. LANA is the best hostess, very welcoming, proactive and will take care of all need of your family. I'm very thankful to Lana for taking care of my family and feeding us at the times when we cannot find anything at midnight. Talking about property, very clean, hygienic, and all things properly functional. At its best. Having said that, place is about people and these are the best people you will find in Georgia. Lana, special thanks to you. Grateful 🙏 Hope to see you all next year.
