Location and the peace and quiet. Small supermarket and pharmacy nearby.
The bathroom had a leak from the ceiling, I was not informed about it before my arrival.
Nothing terrible but annoying and worth noting it

The apartment was excellent. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. The location was convenient for getting around Madrid with out problems.
It had everything excel kitchen towels and oven mitts—we cooked a few times.

Todo, el piso estaba perfecto, cómodo, impecable, y la atención de la gente fue en todo momento de primera, atentos en todo. Muy pero muy recomendable.
Si mucho

Excellent staff providing all facilities to collect the keys
At night the street was a bit noisy, maybe because it still felt Summer and some people where gathering and drinking nearby.
