Property was stunning, high ceilings, super clean, could comfortably fit 10 people.
Perfect location, was just a 10-15 min walk from all the venues we needed to get too.
Communication with hosts was amazing.

Very small grumble but plastic wine glasses but did not affect our stay.

Beautiful apartment that is very spacious. Plenty of bathrooms and the bedrooms are a great size. Kitchen was well equipped but lacked worktop space. Plenty of places to sit for all guests.
Whilst the apartment is beautiful, it is on the second floor of a building site! Quite off putting when you first walk in! And the car park at the back is grim! It was full of rubbish and god knows what else but it was secured by a barrier. A bit prior warning about these things would of been better than just arriving and thinking "omg what have I booked?!" Freezer was full of old defrosted ice bags etc. And the fridge randomly froze all our food and drinks!

Easy to allocate, directly opposite King's Theatre
Host was contactable and responded fast during check-in process

Has good choices of food within walkable distance
Overall cleanliness was good
Very spacious- rooms and living room
Not kids-friendly/elderly friendly:
stairs from parking facility to apartment building was very narrow and steep.
as there is NO LIFT at all, with apartment allocated was 2/2, it means that we have to climb 4 storeys up to apartment. (basement/ ground floor/ L1/ L2)
Stairway is pretty eerie and dark.
Too many mirrors in rooms (taboo for asians specific)
