We very much enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our family of 14 ranging from 1 to 66 years old. The kitchen was very well equipped and the provided coffee was a nice touch. I did struggle a bit with the Traeger, but maybe that’s on me. Pool was clean as was the house when we arrived. Austin is a great communicator and made sure we understood all the little nuances of the home. Hope to return.

ABSOLUTELY SUPERLATIVE in every way. In booking this property, you will get exactly what you see- a luxury home with a million dollar view that is well suited for multiple families. I won't bore you with the details because you can see the pictures for yourself- the place is absolutely stunning. A few things that you can't see: Communication with the host was seamless at all times throughout both the booking process and our stay- prompt replies to any messages, and he answered every phone call we placed. An hour prior to our check-in time, we asked if we could drop off groceries early and both he and the owners who happened to still be there very gracious and flexible.This home is extremely well appointed. We had no shortage of towels, kitchen supplies, spices, etc., and I'm pretty sure there was enough serveware and cooking appliances to host a Thanksgiving dinner for a large family reunion. We wanted for nothing. There is a lot to this house, such as a built in speaker system, hot tub, pool house, and firepits, but everything had directions and nothing was confusing to use. In short, I do not believe that we have ever had a nicer home rental experience- this property got nothing but raves from all the families we stayed with!

The property was very nice, nicely maintained. We ran into a couple of issues with the pool cleaning system and a smoke detector that went off from a battery running low. The host responded promptly and the issues were promptly resolved. The view from the house is excellent. The house is huge and very comfortable. The only 2 negative things I can really say is that the second floor where 3 of the bedrooms are located has only one bathroom so those three bedrooms have to share, unless they go down to the lower floors. The main floor has the master bedroom with a huge master bath and a second half bathroom on the other end of the main floor. The lower floor has 1 bedroom with a bath next to it and an additional bunkbed room which is great if you have young children. The house pretty much has everything you could want or need. The second concern we had has to do with the kitchen ovens. It was very challenging to figure out how to turn them off, it was a double oven, lower and upper. We never knew if it was on or off, we had to keep going back to it after each use to make sure it was off. A few times we discovered it was still on after we thought we had turned it off. Instructions on how to turn the oven off would be nice. It was easy to turn on, not so easy to turn off. Overall the house is wonderful, nicely decorated, very comfortable, lots of amenities, lots of room, spectacular views. We would stay there again.

As the kids grow up our family summer stays become more and more important. 2 if or daughters and their families and my 91 year old mom made it this year. The house is lovely, exactly as pictured. Amenities are generous, super clean. Nothing broken or malfunctioning which can be so disappointing. It was super hot out - 103, but the pool and air conditioned cabana led to a super time indoors or out. We had a blast!
