Great apartment in the center of the town, by the lake. Very clean. The location is quiet, for a good sleep. The beds are comfy. There is easy parking outside. As a bonus, you can enjoy an authentic Soviet style neighborhood, if that's what you're into.

Location - very heart of the city, great for walking around.

Parking anywhere near is close to impossible due to super narrows yards and no major street nearby.
Cockroach prevention is required.
Issues with water flow - shower and kitchen sink get stuck and overflow.
