Overall stay was great. Host was responsive and made in check in easy. Great location for a ski trip.

The place was clean. The kitchen had every utensil and dish we could possibly have needed. First floor ski in ski out. Perfect for our ski trip. I definitely will stay there again next time im at Snowshoe!

Overall, the rental unit was fine - clean, had everything we needed, and host communication was good. I didn't like being asked to sign up on another app (Staylio) just because it's more convenient for the host. I booked with Vrbo and expect to use Virgo's app. In the end, I don't think I used the Staylio app. But this should not be an expectation of the host. The unit is a bit dated and ML is just meh - a big renovation is planned and it sorely needs it. But it gets the job done. The one really annoying thing is that this unit is located directly across from an indoor skating rink with a juke box - it can get very loud in the afternoon and early evening with kids screaming and banging around on the rink. In general, I found the guests here were even less respectful of hallways as a place to at least try to be a little quieter in. That's not the host's fault, but I would not stay in this unit again because of that. For the money, though, this was a decent enough option - kind of like a 3 star hotel. I'm giving it 5 stars because it was as described and met our needs and there's no reason our hurt a host's rating.
