The hotel is very convenient for business travelers, especially due to its proximity to the airport and the ease of getting in and out. I stayed for 14 days, leaving early in the morning and returning in the evening, and the overall arrangement worked very well for my routine. The entrance and lobby are spacious, check-in was straightforward, and lift access is conveniently located without having to walk through long corridors. My room was close to the lift, which was another advantage during a long stay. The room itself was excellent—spacious, comfortable, with a large, cozy bed and a very well-designed bathroom. The food was good, clean, and consistent, and the complimentary breakfast was definitely worth it. The restaurant's convenient location was another plus. What impressed me most was the staff. Most were exceptionally polite, attentive, and professional, and I genuinely appreciated their dedication and work ethic. The gym, although small, was adequate for my needs. Overall, despite a few disappointments, the hotel offers a very good combination of comfort, convenience, service, and value. Finding a comparable package in Mumbai at this level is not easy.

The biggest disappointment was poor crowd management during hotel events. On one occasion, event attendees overcrowded the restaurant, creating noise, confusion, and uncomfortable seating arrangements. Although it happened only once, it completely spoiled an otherwise peaceful dining experience. The restaurant is already cramped for a five-star hotel, and event guests should be managed separately from residents. For a 10-day stay, settling restaurant bills after every meal was inconvenient. The hotel should offer prepaid or checkout settlement options. Access to the gym and pool needs improvement. The pool requires taking stairs, while reaching the gym involves passing through event areas, sometimes making resident guests feel unwelcome. Despite being advertised as a 24-hour gym, lights, AC, and drinking water were sometimes unavailable at 5 AM. The room lacked a proper work desk and chair, essential for business travelers. Entrance security screening appeared superficial, and taxi pickup and drop-off arrangements were disorganized. Overall, the hotel has excellent staff and facilities, but management needs to prioritize resident comfort, privacy, and practical convenience over grand events and appearances. These shortcomings did not ruin my stay, but they certainly reduced the five-star experience.
