Do not stay..

Nothing.

As you walk up to the caravan you know it isn't going to go well.the steps up to the decking are dirty, cobwebs everywhere, missing plastics ,no lock on the gate causing a hazard for young children and pets which also opens the wrong way so no banister. The key safe is digital and difficult to see what you are doing .upon opening the door the door mat has holes in it,the floor hasn't been mopped and the carpet disgusting. As in previous feedback, nothing has been rectified. As in curtain pole hanging down, dead dragonflies stuck there also, broken heater dials with half radiators not working anyway.mould in shower, litter under bed, still has ripped wallpaper next to a child's bed,bad mould in master bedroom ,big patch 2 feet from where your pillow, still faulty gas ring, for me beds hadnt been changed also,no can opener, sharp knife, spatula, I could go on. There has been no care in the presentation or upkeep in this caravan and has to be the worst caravan I have ever been in.i called at office to see if they had any to let themselves but unfortunately didn't have a dog friendly one available otherwise we would have come straight out.i have passed this onto the office on sited and also mentioned the carbon monoxide alarm is out of date which the gas report shows and hasn't been updated.

Great view but unclean

The property is an amazing location with sea views.

The caravan was not clean and in need of an upgrade Beds were not comfortable and there was rubbish in one of the beds.

Very nice relaxing venue

Comfortable, clean & great sea views

Lack of towels wasn’t good even though we were informed they could’ve been included

3 / 10

OK but the caravan is in serious need of some basic maintenance.

Location was perfect to visit relatives in the area

The Lock box was worn and extremely difficult to open. All the Window and Door handles and locks were extremely loose and wobbly We got locked inside the bedroom one night and had to manipulate the lock with a coat hanger to get out.
