We chose this property partially because it was on River Run golf course. This house was on the 8th hole. The house has many levels with ample beds and space for everyone. The stairs could be an issue if anyone in your group has mobility issues, but fortunately it was fine for us and gave everyone lots of privacy by being separated on different levels. The dining room, kitchen, living room, and deck area are all on one level and this is where we spent our time together. Be aware there is no air conditioning, but again this wasn’t an issue for us as the temperatures were great when we were there. It was nice having a garage in which to keep our vehicle. The check-in and check-out procedures were clear and simple. The management company communicated through text and there was a QR code at the house which had a lot of information about items in the house. We had a great time in the Keystone, Silverthorne, Dillon, Frisco, and Breckenridge communities. We did hiking, shopping, and a couple rounds of golf, as well as lots of nature enjoyment.

It was perfectly located and only about 5+ min from the Keystone ski resort. Only things worth noting is what we had read in many other reviews of this house was that the light system in each room is difficult to figure out. I would say that is true but once you get the hang of it, it wasn't that big of a deal. Only issue we had was that the hot tub did not work. Apparently this was a consistent problem as well in the reviews we read. The management company was very responsive anytime we reached out to them so they did send someone out fairly quickly to fix it. It would have been nice if there were instructions on how to shut off the hot tub. Management wasn't even sure. I had to find youtube of the hot tub to figure out how to shut it off. It's definitely not intuitive. Other than that, it was a terrific house and we would stay there again.

The only down side to the home itself is its got a ton of stairs. If you have someone in your party that doesn't do well with stairs you may look elsewhere. New sectional, beds are comfy.The home is a 3million dollar home with high end finishes. Unfortunately, every renter wants/needs to find out what every button does and need a training course on how to use the light switches, therefore its starting to require maintenance. The house had some issues. The guest shower didn't drain, the 2nd master shower was practically broken, the pac-man machine doesn't work, the football table is literally held together with scotch tape, the coffee pot didn't get hot, the BBQ is on its very last leg, dirty towels left on the patio, hot water runs low quickly, beer cans in the back yard and not a sharp knife to save your life. The management company can't do anything with what the owner furnishes it with, but did say they would come address some of the issues while we were there. We graciously declined as to not interrupt our family time with a handyman. Other than some unfortunate maintenance issues and a cleaning service that stays indoors the house was great. The space was perfect, the views are grandiose. Would definitely stay again, but would aquire about the above issues resolutions. Oh, and dont leave the garage open, the management company will text you if its left open for more than 30 mins.
