Nice apartment
Good location
Comfy beds
No toilet roll
No bin bags
No staff to answer the phone when we got locked out for 4 hours. Had to contact another apartment owner to help us get back in. Have been told it is not the first time this has happened
Rang over 10 times to sunny deluxe and got no reply at all.
Asked for a second door key as we only got one and it took over a day for them to give it to us and it did not work.
None of the gate keys except one out of the four we were given worked
