L’accueil. Les réceptionnistes étaient particulièrement attentifs et répondaient spontanément à nos demandes. Leurs conseils étaient très utiles et pertinents. Tout particulièrement le réceptionniste de nuit, très sympathique et respectueux. Le ménage est fait tout les jours L’eau et le thé disponible gratuitement tout les jours.

Les équipements un plutôt basique et La literie moyennement confortable. Les chats au petit déjeuner pour les personnes qui sont allergique ça pourrait être un soucis

The location, comfort, and most importantly, the friendliness of the staff. They were very helpful during our stay, especially Berat, he was very professional and helpful. Would recommend staying at this hotel.

Improvements can be done regarding the breakfast, some renovations, and slight extra care towards cleanliness. However, they were not that bad, honestly, overall, it was a good value for money.

The location was good and you could walk to the major sites in Sultanahmet. The staff were always available and helpful, and spoke good English. We had booked two rooms and they made sure we were next to each other. There were brochures about local tours at reception and staff could help you book the trips (though cheaper ones are available online).

The whole place was dirty, there were surfaces that were clearly not cleaned in years, including lots of marks on the walls. My bathroom stank of sewage which seeped through my bedroom. Lots of noise from communal doors being slammed at all times of day. Despite the "free parking" ad, there were 1-2 spots on the street that weren't guaranteed and it was tight. The receptionist insisted on walking us to a nearby restaurant for dinner (which we were happy to accept since we were tired when we arrived) but the restaurant (the first ottoman) was very poor quality, was dirty, staff weren't great, people inside smoked, and the food was tasteless. I wouldn't recommend going to their recommended restaurant. Breakfast at the hotel was very basic with very few vegetarian options.
