We did not stay for breakfast having woke up to load shedding at 07h00 which was going to end at 09h30. The room was too cold to stay on so we got up and left at 07h45
No electric blankets or heaters and it was cold. We had to request extra blankets. The outside is not suitable for heels and no warning on the website to advise on suitable footwear to avoid injury,
