the parking is convenient. while i checkin late night, there are staff at receptionist even self-checkin so not too scary alone. which is good.

clean, friendly staff, nearby basic grocery, f&b.
Noise of doors, room facing backlane that is workshop. High rise construction is very active at this time.

Great room, great size, clean room. Staff were flexible & allowed for late check out with a small fee. Overall, great!

The location. Lot's of food around and convenient to move about even though there aren't any malls around. The check-in and check-out system is quite simple being an online type. Nearest malls are Pavilion Bukit Jalil and IOI Mall in Puchong.
The airconditioning wasn't working, the TV box wasn't working. Parking in the day is pretty difficult as the property doesn't have reserved lots for its guests. They maybe need 2 people at the guest counter at night for better service.
