Fantastic setting, very private and the whole lodge was very clean, warm and comfortable.
There were a couple of small hitches which did not spoil our stay but needed to be rectified - dishwasher problem and a faulty bathroom lock - they are being attended to so should not be an issue for anyone else . The signage once we turned off the main road was a touch hit and miss but we all got there .

Super communicative, really appreciated feedback. The view, even when it was raining! Most everything needed for a seemless break. The lock box availability. And whatever happened, the wifi improved after the first day, it was really not good to start with so thank you.
Signage to find the property could have been clearer, some are washed out and not clear. The roads around the property are one of a kind in that area! Some of the basics like washing machine powder, soap were not available.

The outlook was great, splendid view across the Moray Firth. It was comfortable enough and well equipped. The bed in the double room was a standard double ( small), a bit disappointing. Handy for visits to the coast by car. Good hot tub. Plenty of hot water and good shower. Nice fluffy towels. Quite a lot of local wild-life.
Awkward access, the directions were not adequate, the access following the instructions left us unable to find the property. The signage was poor. We had to ring the contact number to find out how to get to the lodge. There were actually two lodges which are very isolated and remote. Using our own resources allowed us to get out and back from the lodge. No walks local to the lodge, always needed to use the car. Very rough access roads. No internet. Would mot be suitable for anyone with a disability.
