The place is excellent for spending time with family from time to time when tired in a busy city. Nature is also great - a combination of the sea and green land shaft.
Plus, it is an excellent place to spend time with old parents when you cannot take them far away from the country.
Apartments are great no concern. But more attractions are to be built for entertainment,e.g. a large aquapark, and an indoor pool (the available one is too small) in the SeaBreeze.

This property was spotless clean Had everything we needed-air conditioning washing machine drying rack dishwasher, oven, stove , fridge, cute yard with table and chairs, Wi-Fi,smart TV plenty of clean bedsheets towels all necessities. There is a huge, well equipped gym with indoor and outdoor pools, tennis court, restaurants and so many other things on the territory. We had an amazing time! The owner was always quick to respond and very pleasant to communicate.
