Location, size of apartment and cleanliness. Bed was very comfortable. Blackout blinds instead of curtains. Nice toiletries provided. Few minutes walk from the station, in the heart of main shopping centre with plenty of take out and supermarkets to choose from. Would highly recommend if you want your own space and avoid being confined to a hotel room. Price point was cheaper than many hotels.
As a lone female traveller I would have liked a chain on the door as an extra security option. The shower head needs changing (or the holes cleaned). The sofa was tired looking and marked, but otherwise perfectly serviceable. I knew about the £500 deposit from other reviews, I’ve paid similar booking hotels. Sending ID is common place, I’ve used Airserviced rooms before. That why I only book via websites such as Booking.com or properties that I already know of. But I can understand why people can be concerned.

The location was great
The bathroom smelt really badly of drains. Also, it was not obvious until I booked that I would need to pay a £500 deposit and send images of my id to a third party website, I thought I'd been scammed

Proximity to town and public transport.
2 bedroom apartment I booked was changed to a 1 bedroom 2 days before with out any consultation, suggestions on how to house the people staying or monetary compensation.
Unhelpful customer service staff.
TV did not work and when bought to the attention of staff was told that some don’t work due to the location.
8 days after checkout and still no sign of my deposit being returned. I took photos and videos of every room mark and dent as soon as I entered the property.
Windows did not open and the thermostat could not be changed.
