Jose was in constant contact with me, via whatsapp, immediately following the booking confirmation. He notified the security at reception and on arrival it took not 3 minutes to identify myself and receive the key! Jose also gave me the WiFi password in advance and I was connected as I entered the apartment!
Nothing, I've never experienced such an uncomplicated and fast check-in!
