We had a great time at Magnolia Shores. The property is really family friendly and there is something for all ages to enjoy. It is obvious that Lori takes a lot of pride in maintaining the grounds and being able to enjoy what was ripe in the vegetable garden was an extra bonus. We had a minor issue with the Bunk beds, but I have no doubt that it will be taken care of right away as they were very responsive the few times we needed assistance.

This is our second stay with Tom and Lori. We arrived with a family of 18 aged from 9 to almost 70. The kids loved the pool as well as the dock that allowed unlimited crabbing. The kids caught them and I ate them!! Others played pickle ball, badminton or numerous board games followed by poker games long into the night. There was always something for everyone. The separated houses allowed space for everyone. As the"Pop" of the family, I simply sat back and watched my family have the time of their lives. I am not sure how they pulled it off, but they even scheduled the World Cup for the sports nuts.

Family vacation at its finest with our four generations ranging in age from 10 months to 78 years old. We only really needed to bring our clothes, food, and our boat. Everything else was there! There were kayaks, paddles boards, lifejackets, yard games, house games, pool toys, 2 stocked kitchens for our cooking needs, crab pots, crab cooking pot, flat top grills, regular grills, fishing poles, linens (I am sure I am missing some things but you get the picture) and PLENTY of space to spread out. Sunny day? We had the inground swimming pool with enough chairs to sun and hang out in the pool area for hours or play a game of crochet, pickleball, or cornhole. Rainy day? We had a game room with pool table, air hockey, fooseball, darts, games to play, books to read, and a ton of movies to watch. We really didn't really need to leave the property unless we were headed out to kayak or take our boat for a ride. On the day we arrived, both houses were spotless and Lori had crab pots baited with chicken thighs waiting for us. The next day we had an amazing crab feast! Lori came early each morning to clean the pool. She is a lovely lady and great host. I really enjoyed talking with her. You can tell her and Tom take great care of their property and want you to have an amazing vacation. I highly recommend Lori and Tom's Magnolia Shores.

This property looks great online, but in person it is AMAZING! Tom & Lori have put so much thought into creating a beautiful space for people to get together. We got married in the area yesterday (ahhh!) and were able to keep our whole wedding party in the two houses on the property. It was absolutely perfect. Lori even stopped by to show us around and tell us all about the house. Would 100% recommend! I only wish we could stay longer!
