Beautiful city. Hotel has a great central location. We could walk to most places easily.
Cleanliness was good.
Breakfast with made to order eggs was good. Variety of jams & other condiments is excellent.
Some suggestions for additional improvements :
1. Instructions on how to make your own coffee will help.
2. Since guests usually have breakfast on the roof, keeping a small storage unit with cutlery. Salt & pepper will help. That ways guests don't have to climb multiple times.

Excellent hospitality. Great breakfast and welcoming hosts. Location is close to everything. You are in the middle of the busiest part of centro so there are many people and you can hear all the action. The rooftop patio is beautiful getaway.

Everything! Staff, location, the facilities, terrace - everything was fantastic start to finish. Beautiful building with free drinks and food in the kitchen, very comfortable rooms, staff that went the extra mile to help us during our stay, and right in the middle of everything in Oaxaca itself. Couldn't have been better.
Nothing - it was all brilliant!

Location, breakfast
Very noisy, small bed, they ask for $100 deposit on arrival and then take 5 day to give it back
